We are looking for a highly motivated individual for Enterprise Engineering Technology within the Technology Enablement team. Someone with a strong background in engineering and technology, especially in delivering reliable and secure infrastructure, on the one hand, and experience in commercial roles on the other hand; this is one position we could use a jack-of-all-trades. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, can swiftly create lasting relationships, and is able to work effectively in a team environment. What you are going to do

Your impact as Customer Success Manager is to ensure that our clients are delighted with the work our factory produces. This means capturing the voice of the customer and ensuring they are heard by our development teams, at the start of our engineering process. But it also means increasing the adoption of our work by our clients. As a CSM, you will work with our customers to understand their objectives and create success plans that align how they use our products and services to reach their goals. This means regular check-ins, organizing alignment sessions, and streamline communication to ensure customers are on track to achieve their desired outcome. 

You’ll take ownership of the following key activities:

  • Strategic Planning
  • Workshop facilitation and organization

  • Salary between €5765.- and €8236.- (based on 36 hours per week) on your knowledge and experience. It is also possible to work 38 or 40 hours per week

Who you are

You bring extensive experience in cross-domain coordination and onboarding of new stakeholders, consumers, and strategic initiatives. Acting as the primary point of contact within the department, you will ensure that the clients needs are met by our delivery during their entire journey with us. You will achieve this with strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to independently improve processes and guide colleagues through change. 

Specific experience includes:

  • Commercial activities based upon consultative selling such as account management
  • Analyzing, overseeing, and improving diverse organizational processes
  • Organizing and facilitating workshops between diverse stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills to inform relevant stakeholders and management
  • Experience in coaching colleagues in adopting new tools and processes to increase organizational efficiency

Who you will work with

You will be working for Enterprise Engineering Technology and will be member of the Technology Enablement team. You will be part of a team of passionate professionals, dedicated to providing the best possible service to our customers. You will work with the Senior Managers, Product Managers, Product Owners and the Project and/or Program Managers within Group IT. But also within the Business Units of NN and with de IT HUBs (Madrid/Prague
